Labyrinth
Built by Mark Pesce and Tony Parisi in early 1994, Labyrinth was the first 3D browser for the World Wide Web and a prototype for VRML. The original Windows software, installation guide and Cyberbanana demo are preserved on the Labyrinth page.

T_Vision: “The Billion-Dollar Code”
At the 1995 Interactive Media Festival, Mark encountered ART+COM’s T_Vision: a networked, live model of Earth that could be explored from orbit down to street level. This excerpt from The Playful World recounts that extraordinary encounter and how it inspired Mark to create WebEarth for the 3D Web.
The New Inventors
In 2004 I was asked to film a short segment on the future of Television for the ABC television series The New Inventors. It went so well they asked me to become a panelist. For the next seven years, I was beamed into Australian homes weekly.
One of the best aspects of The New Inventors was getting a look at some amazing inventions, like this battery-powered wheelchair.
